Our range of furniture online includes a one year warranty against any manufacturing defect to upholstery, springs and framework. The warranty starts from the date of delivery.
All our products are made to your specification and are not sold from stock unless clearly identified as “stock furniture”. As a furniture is made-to-order and produced precisely to your requirements, no cancellation, refunds or exchanges can be made unless your instructions have not been carried out, or the item is found to be faulty.
Stock furniture orders
If within 7 days you inform us that you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, we will do full refund including P&P costs. Refunds will be made within 5 to 7 working days of notification, via the same method that was originally used for the transaction. A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be payable if the order is cancelled after 7 days. This charge will be made to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns – Non Faulty Goods
If you wish to return your order of stock furniture products within 7 working days time period, you are entitled to do so, but must return the products to us in accordance with our instructions and at your own cost. You may return your item for a full refund (excluding P&P costs). Please call the customer help line and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product . Please note that the item must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent. If an item is not returned to us in the original condition then we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.
Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your legal rights are not affected.

Returns – Faulty Goods
If, after the goods have been fitted and you find a fault we reserve the right to request that the following steps are complied with:
Upon confirmation from the engineer that there is fault, and the goods do not conform to the contract, we shall at our option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part) or refund the price of such goods, whichever is considered to be economically viable by us.
SofaBed House shall not be liable for the goods if you continue to use the goods after giving such notice to us; or alter or repair the goods without the written consent of us.
