How to Pay

We aim to deliver your order within 6 weeks, depending on stock availability, made to your custom orders and where you live. We will always confirm your delivery date within one day notice.

We are unable to deliver orders outside of UK however we are happy to deliver your order to your shipping agent for onward transfer.

As soon as we received your order from our manufacturer we will send you an email to inform that your furniture is currently in stock and awaiting dispatch from our warehouse. Within the next 5 working days from the date of this email, courier company will call you to arrange delivery.

On the day of delivery, our delivery team will call you 1 hour before your delivery is due to ensure that you are available to take delivery and to check with you that there are no unexpected access restrictions. So you do not have to spend the whole day waiting for the delivery just make sure you have your mobile phone with you.

Firstly, we’d like to apologies. We work hard with our manufacturers to make sure you receive your item as soon as it is made. Usually delays are caused by the customs or transport. They may take a long time to release the goods. But if it has been longer than this and you haven’t heard from us (we’ll keep you informed if we believe there will be any delays), please get in touch with us and we’ll tell you the latest information.

We are unable to cancel made to your order furniture at anytime as per our terms and conditions. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you have taken the time to ensure your item will fit into your home and into the room of your choice, as we are unable to refund if it does not.
